Albertsons is seeking a passionate and experienced Enterprise Change Management Specialist to help drive excellence in our ITSM processes. If you're a process improvement advocate with a strong background in Change Management, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables):

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM with a focus on Change Management
• Proven experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Skilled in using KPIs to assess risk, track trends, and influence behavior
• Familiarity with SOX Compliance and ServiceNow
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills and a drive for process improvement

Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Enterprise Change Management
• Solid understanding of Request, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management
• Experience creating agendas, reports, and schedules for Change Management
• ITIL v4 and/or project management certifications preferred
• QA experience (SIT/UAT) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of changes in compliance with policies
• Facilitate CAB meetings and collaborate across IT teams
• Conduct risk assessments and post-implementation reviews
• Generate reports and track KPIs to ensure performance
• Champion continuous improvement and support training initiatives
