Job Description

Change Management Analyst / Change Manager

We're looking for an experienced Change Management professional to drive enterprise ITSM processes, facilitate CAB meetings, and ensure smooth, compliant delivery of changes across the organization.

What You'll Do

- Manage endtoend Change Management lifecycle

- Review and assess RFCs for risk, impact, and readiness

- Facilitate Enterprise and Domain CAB meetings

- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness

- Conduct preplanning, conflict checks, and postimplementation reviews

- Collaborate with IT teams to align change schedules

- Generate reports, track KPIs, and recommend process improvements

- Support training, documentation, and ServiceNow enhancements (SIT/UAT)

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years experience in Change Management (nonnegotiable)

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Request, Knowledge)

- Experience with ServiceNow, reporting, and knowledge management

- Proven CAB facilitation experience

- Familiarity with SOX compliance

- Advanced MS Excel skills preferred

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- ITIL v4 or PM certifications a plus

- Experience in SIT/UAT is an advantage
