As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
End-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption covering impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology field, HR Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
Experience in system implementation
Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of project management principles.
High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage
