Job Description

OVERVIEW

  • As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
  • End-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption covering impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology field, HR Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in system implementation
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, and/or business process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage
