Change Analyst

Responsibilities

Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses for various projects and initiatives.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.

Collaborate with project teams to identify and address potential resistance to change.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and acceptance of changes.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to analyze complex business processes and assess organizational impacts.

Proficiency in change management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Change Management Software).

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation.

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
