Job Title: FP&A Senior Analyst (US)
Work Setup & Schedule:
- 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Manila Time; Monday to Friday
What you'll be doing:
- Support asset management of a diversified portfolio of real estate investments and operating companies by conducting detailed analyses of investment performance, financial statements, and property-level operations.
- Develop actionable insights and creative solutions to complex financial, operational, and strategic issues across domestic and European holdings (including several foreign currencies and tax regimes).
- Execute complex financial modeling and analyses, including scenario planning, multi-variable sensitivity analyses, cash flow forecasting, and pro forma underwriting for both existing and prospective investments.
- Assist with operational workflows and process buildout.
- Identify and integrate advanced analytics and automation toolsincluding AI-driven reporting and visualization platformsto enhance the quality and efficiency of analysis. Build and maintain executive dashboards that deliver real-time performance insights to management across global operations.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents (corporate, legal, lender, investment).
- Oversee the preparation and submission of lender and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financing covenants.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of corporate and property operations and investment financial performance vs underwritten and budgeted expectations.
- Design and maintain robust financial models to guide capital allocation decisions, investment evaluations, and scenario-based portfolio optimization.
- Ad-hoc reporting and projects as directed by Chairman/Founder, CFO, Controller.
What will make you a great fit:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant real estate and investment finance experience.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team structure and independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting.
- Preference for other advanced degrees and certifications, e.g. MBA, CPA, CFA, etc.
- Experience with enterprise accounting software: Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, etc.
- Outstanding quantitative and financial analytical ability is a prerequisite, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise forecasting software.
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment with exposure to high-level decision-making and senior leadership.
- Motivated self-starter that can work independently with minimal oversight.
- Conscientious with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Results-driven with ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
