Job Description:
We are looking for aCertified Public Accountant (CPA)withstrong audit experienceand the capability to take on leadership responsibilities. This role plays a key part in ensuringfinancial accuracy,compliance, andcontinuous process improvement.
The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, critical thinking, and a proactive approach to guiding others toward excellence in financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and strengthen internal controls and audit procedures.
- Coordinate with management and external auditors for timely and accurate reporting.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical guidance.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be aCertified Public Accountant (CPA)in good standing.
- Strong audit experience(minimum of 35 years preferred).
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is an advantage, or must demonstrate leadership potential.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, PFRS, and tax compliance in the Philippines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems(e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has good attitude and behavior and maintains professionalism in all interactions.
