Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Certified Public Accountant role based in Makati. The CPA will oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards. Daily responsibilities include managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budget and forecast activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, maintaining up-to-date records, and implementing controls to safeguard company assets. The CPA will also provide financial insights to management to support decision-making and help optimize the company's financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with skills in Accounting and Finance, including general ledger management and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Hands-on experience in Tax Preparation, including filing, documentation, and adherence to local tax laws.
• Active Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license and solid knowledge of relevant accounting principles and policies.
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets, reports, and financial models.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
