Role Description The Certified Public Accountant will work on-site in the Philippines in a full-time capacity, providing audit, tax, and accounting services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations, and performing audit procedures and documentation. The role involves analyzing financial data, identifying issues and risks, and proposing practical solutions for clients. The CPA will also communicate findings to clients and internal teams, assist with process improvements, and support junior staff through guidance and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

Strong technical skills in financial accounting, auditing, and tax compliance, with proficiency in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and local tax regulations.
Ability to prepare, analyze, and review financial statements, working papers, and supporting schedules with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Competence in using accounting and audit software, as well as productivity tools such as spreadsheets and word processing applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, preparing reports, and collaborating with colleagues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
Valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Philippines and a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards in all client and firm-related work.
Willingness to work on-site in Capitol Commons, Pasig City, and openness to continuous learning and professional development.
