Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie (CDP) - Pastry, located in Quezon City. The CDP Pastry will be responsible for the preparation and baking of pastries, ensuring quality and consistency in all offerings. Daily tasks include planning and managing the pastry section of the kitchen, maintaining proper hygiene standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create and refine recipes. The role also involves managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of pastry items.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques, along with the ability to produce a wide variety of pastry products
  • Strong Creativity and Cooking Skills to develop and execute innovative pastry creations
  • Thorough knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices in a professional kitchen environment
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail
  • Certificate or degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or related field is an advantage
