Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist located in Pasig. The CDI Specialist will review medical records to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify documentation, performing concurrent reviews, ensuring coding accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement in documentation. The Specialist will contribute to enhancing the quality of patient records and supporting revenue cycle efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in medical coding and clinical documentation improvement practices
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and revenue cycle operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with medical staff and team members
• Experience with healthcare information systems, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation tools
• Professional certifications such as CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) or CDIP (Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner) are highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, HIM, or a related healthcare field, with prior clinical or documentation improvement experience
