Integrated Business Operations / Customer Enabling
Brief description of the role Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. As a CIP Senior Analyst, you will manage complex incentive activities and serve as a key point of contact for the business. You will build and maintain MDF and rebate agreements, validate rebates, clear GL reconciliations, prepare and execute accrual meetings, and lead testing for system enhancements. You will also manage MDF PoP and payment issues and drive process change, partnering closely with divisions and BG CC.
Main challenges
- Build, maintain, and govern MDF and rebate agreements across multiple stakeholders.
- Validate rebates and ensure accuracy of accruals and payouts.
- Clear GL reconciliations and remediate root causes.
- Prepare and execute accrual meetings and actions.
- Act as POC with Business/BG CC for incentive-related matters.
- Drive process changes and test system enhancements to improve performance.
Main activities
- Agreements: Build and maintain MDF and rebate agreements ensure terms, rates, eligibility, and timelines are accurate and compliant.
- Rebate validation: Confirm eligibility, volumes, rates, and calculations resolve exceptions.
- GL recon clearance: Analyze and clear open items coordinate with Finance document corrective actions.
- Accrual meetings: Prepare data and materials execute meetings track decisions and follow-ups.
- POC with Business/BG CC: Serve as primary contact triage and resolve complex inquiries.
- Process improvement: Update job aids and SOPs perform UAT/PIT testing for enhancements.
- MDF PoP & payment issues: Manage complex PoP reviews resolve payment discrepancies escalate as needed.
- Rebate payment issues: Lead case resolution coordinate cross-functionally. . Reporting: Create custom reports from existing sources monitor SLAs and accurate metrics.
- Exception reports: Own and take corrective action on high-priority exceptions.
