. Own and drive the growth and performance of Cross Border and CN Local Sellers across assigned categories
. Partner closely with seller management teams (China, Korea, etc) as well as local teams (Marketing, Business Development, Operations) to execute category strategies
. Plan, implement, and review seller programs, promotions, and campaigns to improve brand and seller performance
. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and seller performance to identify growth and profitability opportunities
. Translate insights into actionable category initiatives aligned with overall business goals
. Design and execute category growth plans, coordinating closely with seller market teams
. Collaborate with global and regional teams to cascade programs, secure investments, and gather seller
feedback
. Act as the key liaison between Seller Offices, Regional Teams, and Local teams to ensure strong alignment
and smooth execution
. Serve as the main point of contact for operational issues related to CB and CNLS within assigned categories
. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support special projects as needed
. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with
Mandarin-speaking sellers and stakeholders
. Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Management (ecommerce experience is a plus)
. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related field
. High Proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
. Solid understanding of growth and profitability drivers
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
. Strong stakeholder management and project ownership skills
. Able to manage multiple projects end-to-end while
