Role Description
The ideal candidate will be able to partner with existing FMCG vendor partners in the categories he/she manages to create a joint business plan that leverages Growsari's capabilities in driving growth. This will be done through regular business reviews and discussions with the supplier's key account managers to understand their business needs and establish how Growsari can address these opportunities uniquely through first party data & analytics, targeted communications and activations, as well as other hyperlocal marketing & distribution strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain relationships with vendor partners to better understand and achieve their needs
- Drive topline and margin growth for the categories handled
- Conduct business reviews and joint business plans to identify opportunities for growth that Growsari can enable
- Lead vendor partner negotiations for improved margins and sales support investments in the platform
- Lead the listing of new SKUs, promotion packs, and rebate set-ups for Vendor partners
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in supply chain, growth marketing to enable support for the category and supplier's needs
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Previous FMCG experience is a plus
