The Category Execution Manager leads the flawless execution of activities that support growth strategies for the BU. This includes managing trade requirements for product changes, visibility, shelf standards, and promotional activities. A key part of the role is ensuring (3P) partners who handle day-to-day execution is aligned with Unilever's standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of category initiatives including product changes, visibility enhancements, and shelf standards
Define and ensure KPIs are met and up to Unilever Standards
Ensuring the appropriate infrastructure and enablers to consistently achieve Unilever's execution standards
Monitor and manage category budgets to ensure optimal utilization
Report execution performance and insights to CS&P for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years of experience in category management or customer development
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Strategic and critical thinking capabilities
.Experience in CD operations or sales is a plus

Can analyze what went wrong and proactively execute preventive measures in place
