HIRING: Catch Up and Clean Up Specialist- Accountant

We are a fast-growing and exciting US-Based Financial Company paired with a Software Start-Up.

We are looking for multiple freelance Accountants, who have experience with US clients and have leadership skills to pioneer our team in the Philippines.

Renovation (Catch-up/Clean-up) Specialist

You will be responsible for cleaning up distressed client accounts before they are transferred to our monthly close team. This includes onboarding; assessing financial records in QBO and other systems; gathering and organizing documents, identifying, documenting and correcting discrepancies, errors and compliance issues; reconciling to date; client reviews on Zoom with a US counterpart; and handing account off to dedicated Team Lead. This process requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices. A background in audit or significant clean-up experience is a must.

Starting Salary of P80,000 monthly with room to grow
