Job Purpose:
The Cashless Payments Officer recruits and presents cashless payments solutions to tenants. This person works with the different business units in defining sustainable processes that would continually improve the state of existing use-cases. S/he helps fix and address operational issues raised by the team's internal and external customers esp. in cases when the problem raised is outside of the support personnel's scope. The officer also works with cashless payment providers and other solution providers in making sure that tenant concerns are addressed timely and resolved satisfactorily.
Responsibilities:
- Works with SM B.U.s in resolving any operational concerns connected to cashless (data monitoring, support concerns, others); similarly, works with the cashless partnerships and/or third-party cashless providers to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Acquires merchants to be on boarded with cashless payment provider/s and reviews the documents submitted by the merchant before endorsing to Tenant Onboarding Team
- Monitors/Reviews all cashless transactions data to ensure correct reports are delivered to stakeholders
- Conducts regular review of the tenant CMS to track updates or the lack thereof of tenant information which is reflected on the SM Supermalls website
- Assists the project team/s with any deployment support needed
- Assists in making implementations meet compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related course
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, project and product management. Knowledge in various forms of payments.
- Experience in FinTech is an advantage
- Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City
