Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving cashless payments adoption in all tenants and service delivery providers in the SM malls ecosystem. Ensures tenants accept at least one form of cashless payment at the minimum and all forms at the maximum. The cashless payments manager works with key cashless payment providers and SM business units and ensures programs and campaigns are aligned across all parties for it to be consistent. This person is data-driven and creates plans and programs that are measurable and are based on data analytics. Strategizes and aligns with the business unit head for business development, partnerships management, project management, and creation of presentation materials, contracts, and proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategizes and implements projects with various SM Business Units to increase acceptance of cashless payments in the malls
- Establishes a process that allows the company to capture and analyze cashless transactional data from implemented use-cases
- Builds strong partnerships and relationships with various SM business units, cashless payment providers, and tenants that the company can leverage on for better business performance/deals.
- Actively collaborates with key cashless payment providers in launching user acquisition campaigns to sustain cashless payments usage in our malls
- Institutionalize a process which requires mall ops to consistently update tenant cashless payment information
- Coaches and trains staff reporting under him/her in terms of product, project, and account management
Requirements:
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any related course
- More than 5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, project and product management; knowledgeable in various forms of payments
- Possesses leadership and people management skills
- Willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
