Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of Petty Cash Fund and Other Cash Requirements
  • Posting of PCF replenishment in the system and make a summary of PCF
  • Printing of APVs
  • Release of Petty cash fund, cash payroll and other cash transactions
  • Follows up the liquidation of employees
  • Strictly implements the accounting policy regarding the issuance of PCF
  • Checking of all incoming and outgoing accounting documents at site
  • Filing of documents.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any related field.
  • Preferably with relevant work experience as a bank teller or cashier
  • Knowledgeable in handling Petty Cash and Disbursement is a plus
  • With good interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Meticulous and systematic in accomplishing tasks
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any location
