The Role
This position is responsible for providing follow-the-sun support for global clients, ensuring they have updated cash positions through rigorous transaction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Record and post all transaction notifications, including interest, contributions, and withdrawals.
- FX Matching: Match foreign exchange deals executed by clients and ensure timely settlement in respective markets.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve Cash and FX Money Market (FXMM) queries.
- Supervisory & Risk Control: Perform supervisory checks for critical activities and daily/weekly/monthly controls to identify inappropriate postings or matching.
- Incident Analysis: Analyze previous incidents to understand root causes and apply additional controls where necessary.
- Operational Excellence: Provide Clean Cash payment services and pre-funding FX services while maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in capital markets and investment banking processes.
- Experience: 311 years of relevant experience in Middle Office or Trade Processing.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills) and familiarity with SWIFT messages (e.g., MT103, MT202, MT304, MT300).
- Analytical Ability: High attention to detail with the capacity to handle high volumes of activity in a pressurized environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts supporting Asia, Americas, or European business hours
