We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and experiencedCase Managerwith a strong background inUS Personal Injury (PI) lawandmedical case handling. This role plays a vital part in supporting individuals recovering from accidents by coordinating their medical care and ensuring cases move efficiently through the legal process.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from aUS PI law firm, combined with familiarity in reviewing medical documentation, treatment plans, and communicating with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage medical treatment plans for clients involved in car accidents

- Review, interpret, and organize medical records, bills, and treatment summaries

- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all medical documentation is complete

- Serve as a liaison between clients, medical providers, and attorneys

- Track treatment progress, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication

- Conduct legal and medical-related research as required

Qualifications

• Required: Prior experience working as a Case Manager in a US Personal Injury law firm
• Medical background or prior experience handling medical records, diagnoses, treatment timelines, or working with healthcare providers
• Strong understanding of PI case processes, medical billing, and treatment workflows
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant PI experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
