Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Case Manager to support U.S.-based law firms with case management, client communication, legal document coordination, and daily case-related administrative tasks.
This role is forcandidates based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate has prior case management, legal support, or law firm support experience, strong written and verbal English communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced remote legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support case management and daily legal administrative tasks
• Respond to client emails and voicemails promptly and professionally
• Prepare, organize, and send legal documents, correspondence, retainers, and case-related materials
• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate case files and supporting documents
• Track deadlines, appointments, follow-ups, and case-related tasks
• Assist with document review, records requests, filing support, and case preparation
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and team members to keep cases moving efficiently
• Maintain accurate case notes, task updates, and client information in the firm's systems
• Handle confidential client and case information with professionalism and discretion
Required Skills and Experience
• Prior case manager, legal assistant, legal administrative assistant, or law firm support experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment
• Comfortable handling client communication, legal documents, case records, and follow-ups
• Proactive quick learner who can stay one step ahead
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems, CRMs, and legal tools
• Able to work independently in a remote setup
Schedule, Compensation, and Benefits
• Full-time remote opportunity
• Schedule will depend on client needs and will usually fall within U.S. time zones
• Starts at $5 USD/hour, with a possibility of a pay increase from a performance evaluation
• Must have a reliable device, stable internet connection, and quiet remote work setup.
