- To administer case investigation to the sales workforce and take necessary actions against sellers who commit acts prohibited by the company;
- To ensure proper documentation for case investigation;
- To provide quality and efficient case management service to internal (accredited salespersons and concerned departments of Phirst) and external customers (Phirst buyers).
- To collect all requirements of all aspiring sellers for accreditation.
- To update and maintain a Masterfile of all accredited sellers of Phirst.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafts and issues memoranda to agents with alleged violations, with reference to their Authority to Sell (ATS)
- Prepares internal communication memoranda
- Coordinates with the Customer Care Department / Client Relations Unit on seller-related cases involving client complaints and other concerns
- Coordinates with the Legal Department on cases involving seller claims (e.g., labor cases, commission claims)
- Ensures proper case facilitation by organizing files and retrieving pertinent documents and attachments such as Conditional Purchase Agreements, Statements of Account, Official Receipts, etc.
- Mediates and facilitates administrative conferences
- Deliberates each case and account prior to execution of judgment
- Handles requests for withholding sellers commissions and receivables in the event of a case
- Verifies sellers accountabilities for transfer, clearance, and commission
- Reviews and ensures accurate record-keeping of all sellers requirements prior to accreditation
- Updates and maintains a master file of all accredited sellers for use by other departments in executing their duties and responsibilities
- Creates Business Partner numbers in SAP
- Reviews endorsements of BDO account numbers for processing mobilization funds and other monetary incentives
- Provides updated case and records management reports for review by the Sellers Desk AM and submission to the Sales Support Section Head
- Provides accreditation solutions through partnerships with government agencies
- Proposes solutions and process improvements to ease seller onboarding
Qualifications
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree, preferably with Legal or Paralegal studies
