Role Description The Care Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily care and well-being of residents at Bambu Harmony Living Inc. The role ensures that residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered, and high-quality care while supporting and supervising the caregiving team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field
Preferably with experience in Home Care, Assisted Living, Senior Care, or Dementia Care
Experience in supervising and managing caregivers or healthcare staff
Strong knowledge of care planning and resident/client care
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Ability to handle concerns, emergencies, and day-to-day care coordination
Willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas
PRC License is an advantage for Nursing applicants
