- Graduate of Bachelor's degree (Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services or a related field) (Excluded: Nursing/Doctor of Medicine)
- Language: English B2
- Requirements: 1-2 years direct adult patient care such as but not limited to
- long-term care
- home and community-based services
- hospital/facility setting
- case management and/or working with managed care organizations
- BPO healthcare – member services via Phones (Benefits, Eligibility, Pre-authorization)

Not Qualified Experience
- Catering to Providers and/or pediatrics
- Offline mode of interaction such as email, chat or any back-office work
- Any tasks not directly talking to patients
- Tasks not including direct patient health discussion such as but not limited to:
- Medication/prescription discussions
- Phlebotomy (Blood Extraction)
- Operates medical equipment only like x-ray machine
- Performs laboratory tests
- Appointment Setting
