Job Description
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, initiate, and manage strategic relationships with key merchants, partners, and stakeholders to expand PayEasy's reach and capabilities.
Portfolio Management & Growth
- Oversee a high-impact merchant portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent usage growth.
- Analyze merchant performance and usage data to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partners with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Etc.) to ensure seamless execution of merchant initiatives.
- Act as the voice of the merchant within the organization, advocating for enhancements and innovations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that keep PayEasy ahead of the curve.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor merchant health, campaign effectiveness, and strategic outcomes.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in Merchant Relationship Management
