Job Description

The Cards Partnerships Manager - Product drives sales performance and competitive positioning of loan products by supporting acquisition, crosssell, and partnerled growth initiatives. It leads automation and digital initiatives to improve sales and operational efficiency while ensuring high customer satisfaction across the endtoend loan lifecycle. The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to deliver consistent sales execution, develop training programs, and implement business plans. It also ensures sound risk management and regulatory compliance in all business decisions to protect the bank's reputation, clients, and assets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and create affiliate and strategic partnership marketing plans; research, identify and prioritize partnership opportunities
  • Develop key strategies for affiliate and strategic partnership development based on user and industry insights
  • Collaborate with cross-business groups and functional areas to deliver high impact partnership projects
  • Monitor the success of each affiliate partner and manage relationships
  • Launch and execute digital acquisitions and strategic partnership products and campaigns
  • Monitor and gather insights on user behavior, industry insights and competitive landscape
  • Manage and execute all processes and discussions in finalizing such programs.

Qualifications

  • 510 years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or related fields.
  • Strong background in strategic partnerships, digital acquisition, or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams and external partners in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationshipmanagement skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives independently while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
