Job Description
As the candidate support advisor, you will be answering inbound calls or emails to support our candidates through the screening journey. Your ultimate objective is to deliver first time resolution to any queries or concerns they may have.
- Answer inbound calls and/or emails from candidates and provide resolution to their questions and issues.
- Update clear and accurate candidate notes on the internal database.
- Take ownership of hitting key performance objectives on first time resolution, average handling time and speed of answer
- Providing feedback to ensure a cycle of ongoing process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in Customer Service
- Proven customer service experience or related work experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing customer needs.
