The role

Campaigns play a huge role in delivering the best prices and experiences to Lazada users. The Campaign Operations team is responsible for mounting recurring, well-known, and thematic sale events such as Double Digit and Payday campaigns. These platform events generate consumer interest and excitement, serving as key levers in driving sales for our brands and sellers.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a track record of excellence and personal leadership to help make our campaigns even bigger and better for our consumers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

The role takes on rotating responsibilities across PMO, Onsite, and Deal Hunting Operations, providing exposure and hands-on experience in various campaign functions and in cross-team collaboration.

• Campaign Project Management

- Support campaign planning and execution by collaborating with local and regional teams. Track timelines, ensure deliverables are met, and assist in campaign post-mortems.

- Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and other functional teams to align on goals and ensure smooth campaign rollouts

• Deal Hunting & Performance Monitoring

- Monitor and report on deal-hunting progress and campaign performance to drive actions across teams.

• Post-Campaign Optimization

- Gather key learnings after each campaign and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

- High attention to detail, with both creative and strategic thinking

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Agile, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project experience related to campaign management, e-commerce

- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
