Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Support the Division Head in developing campaigns focused on increasing cross-sell and customer frequency rates
  • Recommend and design comprehensive business campaigns targeting key customer segments
  • Coordinate and communicate campaign execution across channels: digital marketing social media, email marketing, traditional/offline channels
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal units to align campaign strategies with operational priorities
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and recommend improvements for future initiatives
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in campaign management and analytics

  • Strong Campaign Management skills
  • Experience/knowledge in Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of Sales & Marketing principles

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferably Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in campaign management
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools
  • Understanding of customer behavior and performance metrics
  • Experience in integrated/multi-channel campaigns
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati city
