Partipost is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers of all sizes across Asia. Founded in Singapore, it has expanded to eight markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Philippines. The platform allows anyone with a social media presence to join campaigns, democratizing influencer marketing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Campaign Coordinator to support targeted marketing initiatives that enhance the post-sale customer experience. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to plan and execute campaigns that increase customer engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, product education, feature updates, and renewal communications
- Coordinate campaign timelines, task lists, and deliverables with internal stakeholders
- Assist in managing campaign channels such as email marketing, in-product messages, webinars, and newsletters
- Maintain and update the customer marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Collaboration & Content Support
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to support segmented and personalised customer communications
- Coordinate with content and design teams to prepare campaign assets (emails, guides, landing pages, visuals)
- Help manage and update customer-facing resources such as knowledge base articles, guides, and customer newsletters
Reporting & Tracking
- Track basic campaign performance metrics (open rates, engagement, NPS, retention indicators)
- Support post-campaign reporting and documentation
- Assist in maintaining campaign trackers and performance dashboards
Customer Advocacy Support
- Support customer advocacy initiatives such as testimonials, reviews, case studies, and referral campaigns
- Help coordinate outreach and follow-ups with customers participating in advocacy programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12 years of marketing or customer success experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in these areas are encouraged to apply!
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Click-up)
- Experience with influencers or online communities is a plus
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into campaign improvements
