The Role Description
Purpose Of The Role
To assist the partnerships team with collating campaign deliverables in preparation for reporting to clients and with keying commercial bookings into the Traffic software, Aquira.
Key Responsibilities
Locate and clip client audio partnerships
Locate and screenshot client visual partnerships across various multimedia platforms
Input accurate pre and post campaign information into data systems to measure the results of a campaign
Export commercial delivery data from traffic software (Aquira)
Input Post Campaign Report into template
Book client radio campaigns into traffic software (Aquira)
Using a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills you will assist the partnerships team with sourcing and reviewing client campaign deliverables across various platforms such as audio on radio and visual stadium and social platforms. You will collect delivery data from the traffic software and prepare post campaign reports at the end of campaigns.
