Job Summary
Coordinates the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. Applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays). May involve use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Accountabilities
- Create standard emails in Eloqua using prescribed templates and content provided by the show teams
- Perform internal testing and quality check to ensure all assets follow the standard quality guidelines
- Build and ensure timely activation of campaign canvases in Eloqua using the recommend journey and canvas elements/filters, build other canvases as needed
- Extract campaign performance data and provide insights/recommendations in post-show reports
- Manage campaign timelines and ensure compliance on the established turnaround times
- Support Campaign Associate II and III in mapping an email customer journey
- Contribute to team initiatives and projects, including process mapping and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1 year experience in digital marketing, hands-on experience in Eloqua or a similar marketing automation platform is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
- Basic knowledge in data extraction and reporting
- Demonstrable experience in being agile and adapting to process improvements and structural changes
- Ability to initiate improvement and identify opportunities to enhance current processes
- Passion to develop projects and understanding of the marketing automation discipline
- A friendly attitude and team player
- Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to be self-directed
- Good understanding of customer life cycles and experience in creating a marketing plan will be highly desirable
- Willing to work on a flexible shift depending on business needs
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
