Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate/Student or 02 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency; exceptional customer service skills; scheduling experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations and proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
