Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, experience with Salesforce, familiarity with call center operations
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude
