Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Rufino Legaspi, Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift (10AM7PM, 6 days a week)
Salary: Minimum up to 22k + High Incentives and Commission
Job Description
- Handle inbound & outbound calls (local account)
- Assist customers with their concerns and questions
- Share updates on our latest products and services
- Schedule appointments
- Help troubleshoot issues and guide customers
- Upsell where needed
Were Looking For Someone Who
- Communicates clearly (Tagalog & English)
- Stays calm under pressure
- Loves problem-solving
- Has previous customer service or call center experience (a plus!)
- Can speak Bisaya (Cebuano)
Qualifications
- College Graduate with customer service experience
