Cafe Manager - Dear Joe Upstate (Bay, Laguna)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations at our Coffee Project location in Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership and multitasking skills. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing inventory and supplies, creating schedules, monitoring sales performance, and upholding quality and hygiene standards. The role also involves implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

• Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive guest experiences and communicate effectively with staff and clients
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service practices to oversee cafe operations and ensure high-quality offerings
• Basic Sales skills to drive revenue growth and implement promotional initiatives
• Organizational and leadership abilities for scheduling, team management, and maintaining operational efficiency
• Relevant educational background or experience in hospitality, business management, or related field is a plus
• Proficient in handling operational tools and systems, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
