We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Advisor for one of our client. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
What you'll be doing
- Answering and responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or College Grad
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
- Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
- Based on location and/or program, additional experience/skills may be required
