Key Responsibilities
Drafting and Designing: CAD Operators create 2D and 3D models based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. They transform conceptual designs into precise digital drawings that serve as blueprints for construction and manufacturing projects.
Collaboration: They work closely with project teams, including engineers and architects, to ensure that designs meet project requirements and adhere to safety regulations. This may involve interpreting project briefs and implementing feedback.
Revisions and Updates: CAD Operators are responsible for revising existing designs to reflect changes in project specifications or to improve functionality. They maintain accurate records of all drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Site Visits: Occasionally, CAD Operators may conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of designs, ensuring that the plans align with real-world conditions.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Knowledge in reading of plans.
- Skilled in use of AutoCAD and Sketch Up
- At least with 1 yr experience in AutoCAD operator position.
- Produce accurate constructions drawing.
- Ability to work within team and produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines
- With good work ethics and ability to adapt with different project standards.
- With interpersonal skill, good communication and a team player.
Education
- BS Architecture / Drafting/ Engineering.
