Buyers Agent Virtual Assistant (VA)
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Buyers Agent Virtual Assistant to support the growth of a fast-paced property company. This role is designed for a specialist who understands the real estate ecosystem and thrives at the intersection of Social Media Management (SMM) and Lead Generation.
Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential property buyers through strategic digital outreach and direct cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Lead Generation: * Proactively identify potential leads by monitoring and engaging with followers of prominent Real Estate agents and property influencers.
- Execute personalized outreach to introduce the Buyer's Agent's services to high-intent audiences.
- SMM & Content Engagement: * Manage and grow the Buyer's Agent's social presence.
- Interact with comments and messages to maintain a warm pipeline.
- Cold Calling & Qualification: * Perform outbound calls to new leads to introduce services.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria (budget, location, timeline) before handing them off to the lead agent.
- Niche Research: * Stay updated on property market trends to ensure outreach is relevant and high-value.
- Reporting: * Provide detailed End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Week (EOW) reports regarding lead volume, call outcomes, and social media engagement metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven background as a VA within the Real Estate or Property sector, specifically supporting Buyers Agents.
- Sales Skills: Strong hunter mentality with experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
- Social Media Savvy: Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zoho) and lead-tracking software.
- Accountability: Ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high reporting standards.
