Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Ensures Compliance with the Deemed Acceptance Policy across all projects.
  • Manages Turnover Data across SAP, QTOP, DIS and CRM/D365.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the timely release of Notice of Deemed Acceptance and Turnover Reminder Email to Buyer.
  • Escalation of QTO (Qualified for Turnover) and Turnover-related data with other departments to ensure compliance with Policy and System.
  • Prepares and maintain QTO and Acceptance reports.
  • Facilitates necessary workflow enhancement in CRM/D365 to optimize turnover tickets efficiency.
  • Tracks and ensure timely submission of Turnover Notices and Forms to Records and Central File.
  • Conducts periodic review of Turnover data and implement corrective measures for any discrepancies found in records.
  • Executes CRM/D365 related to Turnover.
  • Verifies and endorse the generated QTO Accounts in QTOP to Construction Team.
  • Conducts Assessment of accounts that were endorsed as Buyback and ensures Turnover will be put on hold. 10, Provides training to newly hired personnel under DMUI.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. BS Business Administration or Management-Graduate, or equivalent
  2. At least 3 Years of Experience, or Supervisory Level in Real Estate Turnover Management, or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Preferably with knowledge in SAP
  • MS Excel and other Office intermediate level
