Asia-Pacific Supply Chain - Philippines - Commercial Procurement Role

Support Cainiao's local supply chain operations, overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle (demand analysis, sourcing, tendering, price analysis, contract execution, order fulfilment and payments, supplier performance management, etc.). Procurement categories encompass engineering equipment, warehouse consumables, administrative supplies, and labour services.

1. Develop comprehensive understanding of specific operational contexts, familiarise with Philippine category-specific scenarios and supplier resources;

2. Conduct holistic evaluations of procurement operations based on Cainiao's procurement platform metrics, designing comprehensive, quantifiable and visually clear procurement reports;

3. Monitor business evaluation outcomes and discrepancies, collaborate with business teams to analyse root causes, identify control points and improvement directions, and implement corrective measures;

4. Develop and execute cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement plans in collaboration with business partners, considering operational characteristics, market conditions and cost levels;

5. Streamline the entire procurement workflow, propose optimisation recommendations tailored to business requirements, refine procurement processes, and enhance the procurement experience;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the team.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with familiarity in procurement management systems and operational workflows. Ability to rapidly adapt to new business scenarios, product systems, and relevant process standards; proactively identify optimisation opportunities within practical contexts and drive implementation of improvement initiatives.

2. Demonstrated cross-departmental collaboration skills and teamwork ethos; strong resilience under pressure with adaptability to dynamic corporate environments;

3. Minimum 2 years relevant experience; logistics background preferred;
