Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing, Retail Management or related field) or Accounting Management.
- At least (3) three years related work experience in supervisory level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong leadership skills and can work independently.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends is a plus.
- Preferably a resident of Marikina or nearby cities.
Responsibilities
The Business Unit Officer is responsible for the day to day operations of the assigned small business units of the company. Ensures maintenance and upkeep of business unit premises and facilities with the help of Engineering and General Services Departments. Proposes policies and plans the use of materials and employees to ensure smooth operations of each business unit without compromising the units personnel, clients safety & security and satisfaction. Able to achieve and/ or surpass sales targets on time.
