Role Overview
The Business Unit Lead at BBX is responsible for overseeing the operations of their Business Unit, managing the workflow of all assigned projects. This includes account and client management, as well as supervising both creative and non-creative tasks to ensure alignment with project goals. They lead their team in achieving key objectives and fulfilling mandates.
In addition, the Business Unit Lead facilitates strategic brainstorming and problem-solving sessions, guiding the team toward productive solutions. They foster a positive work environment, mentoring team members to enhance their skills under the guidance of the Senior Manager. Their leadership ensures that the team remains aligned with overall business goals, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership and strategic role.
- Strong managerial and operational skills.
- Experience in account management, marketing, sales or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
