Business Unit Head (Life/Non-Life/HMO Insurance)

Role Description:

The Business Unit Head will oversee the operational and strategic activities of the unit, focusing on business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to expand market reach, managing and mentoring team members, analyzing industry trends, and ensuring compliance with applicable insurance regulations while maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management capabilities
• Extensive experience in one of the following Insurance Lines: Life, Non-Life, or HMO
• Sales, business development, and marketing expertise within the insurance sector
• Proficiency in market analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with local insurance laws and compliance requirements
