About The Opportunity

In this role, you support a global organization by managing and optimizing business travel services across all QIAGEN sites. You ensure smooth booking processes, maintain accurate travel-related data, and help colleagues navigate travel procedures with confidence. You play a key part in delivering an efficient, compliant, and serviceoriented travel experience.

Your tasks include

  • Booking and handling transactions for global business trips.
  • Supporting all QIAGEN sites with questions or issues related to business travel.
  • Maintaining master data, business travel accounts, and company credit cards.
  • Managing reclamation topics and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Verifying invoices and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with internal partners and external travel service providers.
  • Ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience for all travelers.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally with a background in travel booking or business travel services
  • Preferably with background in using Amadeus IT-affinity software Selling Platform Connect
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
  • You are comfortable multitasking, handling deadlines, and working in a fastpaced environment
  • You have strong awareness of travel practices and requirements across different countries in APAC
