- Education: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the local power distribution, utilities, or energy sector.
- Knowledge of billing systems and data analysis tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: Understanding of the relevant regulations and policies in the electricity industry.
