Elicit business requirements for project initiatives from various stakeholder teams using Agile methodology (write features and stories)
Troubleshot reported issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams
Prioritize investigations with vendor teams
Effectively identify all areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order Management systems for new initiatives
Partner with vendors/Business to prime and resolve defects and ensure alignment
Implement/co-ordinate mitigations where required
Contribute to the team's repository of How to documents
COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies
Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration with a solid understanding of basic coding practices, database technologies (SQL), and data modeling concepts (JSON, XML, ERD, workflow/dataflow diagrams).
Strong familiarity with various software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Initiative to solve problems/find answers with minimal supervision/direction
At least 3 years of experience in analyzing business needs and proposing, designing, and implementing effective system solutions.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions across diverse stakeholder groups and tailor messaging for both technical and business audiences.
Hands-on experience translating business requirements into system requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in debugging, triaging software defects, and testing system requirements using both manual methods and tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Knowledge of Service Now Platform, specifically the Field Services module (FSM)
Complementary Competencies
Knowledge of any of the following Bell IT Systems will be an asset: ODM, TMForum
Knowledge of Bell's Residential/Business services/products an asset
Familiar with Confluence; JIRA
Software development experience in any modern language (JAVA, C#, C++)
Qualifications
Educational Qualification/s
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
