About the Role

We are looking for a leader who can drive revenue growth and build a strong sales system for one of our SaaS accounts.

This role is both strategic and operational. You will oversee the solutions consultants, align with marketing, track KPIs, and improve conversion rates.

You are accountable for numbers, pipeline health, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the Business Solutions Consultants
  • Set monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and refine sales scripts and demo flow
  • Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, pipeline value, and closing rate
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales goals
  • Improve lead quality and follow-up systems
  • Report revenue performance to management

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building
  • Proven experience leading a sales or growth team
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or digital solutions
  • Analytical and KPI-driven
  • Strong leadership and accountability mindset
  • Experience building playbooks and dashboards is a plus
