Responsibilities

• Assist in the testing process to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
