Job Description

Location: Lipa City

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Join City Savings Bank and be the primary driver of branch success. You will execute targeted sales strategies and manage key client relationships to significantly boost overall sales targets, with emphasis on expanding the volume of CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolio
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase the branch's visibility and market share

What we're looking for:

  • Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or banking leadership role in the retail banking sector
  • Should be highly skilled in sales and negotiation, preferably with an existing base of clients within the designated region
  • Proven track record of driving branch business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong understanding of retail banking operations, products, and services, as well as a keen awareness of the local market dynamics
